Hi, I'm Mary Riley and I'd like to introduce you to our team!
The team at The MAZE met through mutual relatives and friends in
our little church in Olney, OK two years ago and found mutual interests in crafting,
refurbishing, and upcycling. Each member
of this team brings unique skills and experiences that gives this business a
well-rounded approach to the ceramics and crafting industry.
Jim Riley is a Choctaw Nation Member from District 12 in Coalgate, OK who currently works part-time for the
Nation, leading up to his retirement in a few short years. Jim has worked in many different capacities
in his lifetime, but most of his employment has centered around
construction. Being a son of a
professional carpenter, Jim naturally fit the role as property owner and
manager for rent houses and flipping real estate. He’s been remodeling investment homes and
buildings since 2003. His skills include
a vast array of building and repairing various structures. He also has a love for beekeeping and
currently owns J & M Honey Bee Good in Coalgate, OK, where he collects honey
and sells it in various markets. Jim is
the Primary Investor and is the CEO of our operation.
Eula Mae Boughman resides in Durant, OK and is a retired Occupational Therapist. She's been involved in
the pottery and ceramics industry for over 60 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the
business and along with her knowledge, she offers a 3,000 sq. ft. building to play in and an abundance of tools, forming the foundation of the
business. With her immense background in ceramics, she is the Operations
Director of the business.
Mary Riley is from Coalgate, and is a former Business and Computer Technology
instructor for the Pontotoc Technology Center in Ada, OK. She has a love for finding unique vintage
items, upcycling, and crafting. As Manager, her primary
focus will be on the business side of the company. She also teaches classes in her related
crafting fields on an regular basis.
After finding common threads of interest between the founding members, business
ideas began to form and The MAZE was born!
